                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                                                

                                      Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as on the previous date i.e. on 03.05.2023 none appeared on behalf of complainant, Case called several times since morning, but today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 09.11.2020 but ops have not been served for want of copies of complaint and correct address etc. and complainant has already availed several opportunities in this regard but has failed to provide the same. So, it appears complainant is not interested to pursue further with her complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
