Per Justice Mr.S.B. Mhase, Hon’ble President

Heard Mr.D.R. Pande, Proprietor of the applicant/appellant.  In the delay condonation application, as per order dated 05/01/2012 applicant/appellant was directed to deposit amount of `10,000/-.  However, without depositing said amount, compilations were submitted to the office and office has dispatched the notices.  However, since the amount of `10,000/- as directed by the State Commission is not deposited, appeal and application for condonation of delay stands rejected for non-compliance of the order.  Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
