    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to locate the missing baggage checked in and hand over the same  or to pay value of the baggage for a sum of Rs.90,000/- with interest and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as compensation and Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.
