We find that this Revision Petition has been filed against order dated 11.04.2011 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rajasthan in Revision Petition no.20/2011, whereby the State Commission has declined to interfere with the interim order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Churu, Rajasthan directing the petitioner herein to restore the domestic connection.

               It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the said direction, the connection was restored on 19.08.2011 on complainant’s depositing the entire demanded amount on 18.08.2011.

               In view of the fact that the interim direction issued by the District Forum stands implemented, this Revision Petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
