                        Today the case is fixed for arguments. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant . It is already 3.30. P.M. from the perusal of the order sheet  it  transpires  that neither complainant nor his counsel had appeared since last three dates of hearing i.e 19.5.2017, 29.5.2017 and 2.8.2017. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue  his case. Hence the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
