At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

                    It is stated by Counsel for the appellant/Opposite Party  that the appellant has already deposited an amount of Rs.1,36,110/- with this Commission. He further states that out of the said amount, let an amount of Rs.1 lac and also the interest, which may have accrued on the entire amount lying deposited with this Commission, be paid to the respondent/complainant towards full and final settlement of her claim. The offer made is acceptable to the Counsel for the respondent/complainant, on getting instructions from the respondent/complainant.

                    In view of above, this appeal is allowed. Order under challenge dated 29.08.2014 is set aside.

                    Secretary of this Commission is directed to disburse an amount of Rs.1 lac and also interest which may have accrued on the entire amount deposited with this Commission to the respondent/complainant. Rest of the amount of Rs.36,110/- be released in favour of the appellant/Opposite Party.

                    Needful shall be done within 7 days from today.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
