 [1]    This appeal was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice is duly served on the appellant as well as to the respondent no.1.  However, none is present for the appellant.   Appellant failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reason in spite of receipt of notice.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal diligently.  Hence, appeal stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs.
