Read order dated 20.06.2018. Deposit of sum ordered has been made. Setting aside the exparte order, case was remitted to the lower Forum for fresh disposal. Opposite party shall be given reasonable opportunity to file version and then the Forum below shall dispose the case after taking evidence in accordance with law.
2. Sum deposited by the appellant for entertaining the appeal shall be refunded on application.
