Shri R.K.Lokhande, learned counsel for the appellant.

        This appeal is barred by 130 days.

         Heard on I A 4 for condonation of delay supported with an affidavit.

        We find no concrete reasons for the delay in filing the appeal. The reasons narrated in the application are very superfluous and vague.  The counsel for the appellant is not able to explain the delay properly.

           Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is not allowed. 

            The appeal is therefore dismissed as time barred.
