The parties of this case namely Sukdeb Mandal (Complainant) and the O.P. Narugopal Pal are present and they have their separate petitions in which they have stated that they have settled up the dispute out of Forum.  The Complainant has received the due amount from the O.P. to this effect he has filed this petition.  They have no more allegation against either of them.

Accordingly the present case is disposed of on full satisfaction but without any cost.

The case is disposed of on compromise.
