Case called out. Ld. counsel for the appellant Sri R.K. Gupta is present. The respondent no.1 Sri Narrottam Shukla is present in person.

Ld. counsel for the appellant stated that a compromise has been reached between the parties and he has paid Rs.2,50,000.00 through demand draft no.634688 dated 30.3.2024 in the name of the respondent Narottam Das Shukla in full and final settlement, to the respondent.

The respondent has accepted the demand draft in full and final satisfaction.

 The appeal is disposed of in full satisfaction of the parties according to compromise.

Record be consigned.
