This appeal is filed by the unsuccessful complainant in dismissing the complaint in  

 

Briefly stated the facts as set out in the complaint are that OP is a developer and promoter of housing plots and he offered to sell The Managing Director

During the enquiry, the complainant along with affidavit filed Ex. A1 to A22 and the opposite party filed only its evidence affidavit in support 

 

The District Forum after discussing the documents filed by the complainant had come to the conclusion that the complainant did not discharge its duty, or perform  registering the plot in his

 

The undisputed facts of the case are   th  17.7.2006 after a lapse of six years the opposite party work was commenced at the relevant area. Before laying out a plan, the opposite party   was in a deep slumber and failed to initiate any steps to develop the plots. As        cancellation he had
