Perused the office report and heard the authorized representative of the applicant complainant Narinder Singh. He submits that the complainant has already received the two drafts, i.e., one in the sum of Rs.1,72,930/- and other in the sum of Rs.74,405/- from the State Commission. However, that does not satisfy the award made by this Commission and according to him Rs.50,456/- is still payable by Dr. Ashok Sharma to the complainant. He submits that in the reply filed on behalf of the appellant in the State Commission on 12.10.2009, the said appellant had mentioned that amount of Rs.35,000/- deposited by the said appellant by means of two demand drafts – one of Rs.25,000/- and other of Rs.10,000/- may also be paid to the complainant. In view of this, we direct the Registry to disburse the amount of Rs.35,000/- along with accrued interest thereon in favour of the complainant.
