                  Today the execution application is fixed for compliance of the order.

                  At this stage, DH has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the JD has complied the order under execution and he has received the cheque bearing no.003152 dated 30.04.2024 amount of Rs.19.150/- from the JDs. Nothing is due against the JD, so he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.      

      In view of the above statement the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
