          Sri Saket Srivastava, Counsel for the applicant/respondent No.02 Punjab National Bank is present.

          Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. 

          In Appeal No. 333/2019 the name of the Counsel for the respondent No.02 has not been incorporated in the judgment and order dated 15-03-2024 whereas the Counsel for the respondent No.02 Miss. Meena Rawat, holding the brief of Sri Saket Srivastava, Advocate appeared before this Court.

          Accordingly the application is allowed and the judgment and order passed by this Court dated 15-03-2024 in Appeal No. 333/2019 be read alongwith this order.

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
