Put up in National Lok Adalat.

Today learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar for the appellants has appeared. 

On the previous date, the appellants have submitted some documents according to which no dues has remained outstanding to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the appellants has stated that the entire arrears has been paid by the respondent, hence there is no dispute between the parties. 

As per submitted documents by the appellants as well as according to the submission of the counsel for appellants, it is clear that the dispute between the parties has already been settled and now there is no dispute between the parties and the appeal has become infructuous. 

Accordingly, appeal is dismissed and the impugned judgment of the concerned District Commission is hereby set aside because no outstanding amount is due to the respondent.   No order as to costs of the appeal.

Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellants be returned to the appellants as per rules and law.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order. A copy of this order alongwith original record of the District Commission be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
