No one appears for the respondent / complainant despite due service of notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform this Commission whether the directions given in the order dated 24.01.2012 have been complied with or not. Even otherwise, we find that the order passed by the Fora below is fully justified and suffers from no illegality, material irregularity or much less any jurisdictional error, which calls for any interference of this Commission. Dismissed.
