Called out. Counsel for the revisionist Sri Abhishek Bhatnagar is present. None appeared for the opposite parties.

This review application has been moved by the revisionist for setting aside the judgment and order dated 1.2.2024 passed in appeal no.1228 of 2018. 

There is no provision of review under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and also there is no power to set aside the judgment which is appealable.  So the grounds are not sufficient. Hence, this review petition is liable to be dismissed.

          The review application is dismissed.
