ORDER OF THE REGISTRAR ON OFFICE NOTING

              Shri M. L. Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant.

              Challenging the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Tikamgarh in C.C.No. 175/2018, the complainant/appellant has filed this appeal. Learned Forum by the impugned order dismissed the complaint filed by the appellant holding that appellant being tenant of the respondent will not covered under the definition of ‘consumer’ as defined under the Consumer Protection Act.

               Learned counsel for the appellant has not disputed the fact that the appellant is a tenant and there is tenancy agreement between the appellant and the respondent.

              Keeping in view the aforesaid, learned Forum has committed no error in dismissing the complaint of the appellant holding that it is not maintainable. The appeal is dismissed.
