         The previous order perused. The order sheet reveals that the complainant is not appearing since 25.07.2019. A court notice was issued to the complainant through registered post vide order dated. 26.06.2020. Court notice through RC received back with the report that addressee namely Deen Dayal Soni has died. As per report of the Assistant, the registered letter was received in the Commission on dated 03.09.2020. Thereafter on dated 03.09.2020 and on 16.10.2020, the Quorum was not complete, hence, the file taken up today. After considering the above mentioned facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
