Order no. 5. dated 10.7.15

            Complainant take no steps particularly not in terms of the earlir order dated 13.5.15 . Seen the record  . From the endorsement appearing in the envelopes that the addressee is not traceable following the address mentioned therein. So we are in the opinion that unless the SR is effected through by the Postal process or upon due steps appropriately taken despite direction may not earlier occasion it is  not proceedurily feasible for us to proceed the matter with the grievance of the complainant seeking relief in terms of the petition of complaint.

            In view of the fact and circumstances we do not find any dependable reason to keep the proceeding without progress.

Hence the case be and the same is dismissed for default. .

Let a copy of this order be made over to the parties free of cost.
