Present:       Shri Pankaj Beri, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Shri H.C. Sikri, Advocate for the opposite party.  

                   Today Ld. Counsel on behalf of complainant moved an application for taken up and withdraws the complaint.  File taken up today.  At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant, vide his separately recorded statement, submitted that settlement has been made with the opposite party, so, he want to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant in person, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
