Present: Sh. Naval Goel, Advocate counsel for applicant.

It is submitted by counsel for OP that the Hon'ble National Commission has decided the revision petition in favour of applicant. It is also submitted that FDR of Rs. 45000/- is pending in this Forum which was deposited on the order of the Hon'ble State Commission Punjab and further requested the said FDR be released in favour of applicant.

In view of the decision of the Hon'ble National Commission dated 7.3.2017 and that there is no stay of any competent Court for not disbursing the said amount, accordingly the application is accepted. The Superintendent of this office is directed to release the said FDR to the applicant against proper receipt and identification. File be consigned to record.
