                   Today the case was fixed for appearance of Ops. At this stage, the complainant made a separate statement in which he states that the matter has been compromised & he received a new handset and he has no grievances against the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
