          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed in the National Lok Adalat.  Learned counsel for the OP No.1 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that OP No.1 is ready to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-, to the complainant in the settlement within 20 days. Complainant has also suffered a statement that she has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint and she will provide her Bank account details to the learned counsel for the OP No.1. If the payment is not made within the stipulated period then she will pursue the matter against the OP No.1. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
