The case of the complainant is that,

 

Complainant purchased an LED TV from the first opposite party on 27/08/15 by paying Rs.16,000/-. At the time of purchase opposite parties offered 3 years warranty and issued warranty card along with the invoice. On 22/07/18 the TV showed complaint and stopped functioning. Immediately the complainant approached the first opposite party and intimated the matter. At that time opposite parties made the complainant believed that they will register his complaint.
