            Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

            Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the complaint petition coupled with its annexure thereto. Considered.On the perusal of the complaint petition coupled with its annexure thereto,we find that the complainant is not a consumer U/s 2 (d) (i) of the CP Act, 1986. In our opinion, the dispute as alleged is purely civil in nature and the complainant is not entitled to get any relief regarding his claim of possession of the ground floor of newly constructed building situated at Premises No. 554, RajdangaMain Road, Kolkata-700107.

 Hence,

Ordered

That the complaint is not admitted and dismissed in limini.

The complainant may agitated his grievance before the competent Civil Court having its territorial jurisdiction, if so desire.
