None for the appellant bank is present, its counsel Shri. M.S.Kulkarni as well as Adv. Shri.M.M.Kulkarni are  also absent. None for the respondents is present. Adv. Shri.P.N.Kalani for the respondent No. 1 is also absent. However, proxy Adv.Shri.D.V.Katneshwarkar   appeared with authority letter of Adv.Shri.Kalani for the respondent No. 1.  The record reflects that nobody for the appellant bank is present since long. However, on last date the matter was adjourned till today by way of last chance but today also nobody for the appellant is present. Hence, the appeal deserves to be dismissed and accordingly it is dismissed. No order as to cost.
