ORDER   Per Mr S M Shembole, Hon’ble Presiding Member       Adv. Mr S Jaiswal for the appellant and Adv. Smt A Rohilla for the respondent No.1 are present with their respective clients. Respondents No.2 & 3 are absent.        Mr Idris J Khanwala, Manager of appellant - Insurance Co. and respondent No.1 – Mr Nandlal Badwaik submitted joint Compromise Pursis. They both have admitted the contents of the said Pursis and signed it before this Commission. They both are identified their respective counsel.       However, they both sought three weeks time to get the cheque from the Head Office of the appellant. But, in our view, when the parties have already settled the dispute it is not necessary to keep the matte pending for obtaining the cheque. Hence, the request for three weeks time is rejected and in view of the compromise Pursis, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.       No order as to cost.   Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
