Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has already allotted House/Flat No.163/105 (Hire Purchase Scheme), Pratap Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan) to the respondent. Hence, the complaint of the respondent stands satisfied. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms this fact. In view of the allotment of the aforesaid house/flat to the respondent, the complaint filed by the respondent before the District Forum stand satisfied. Under these circumstances, the present revision petition does not survive and the same is disposed of as such. Parties shall bear their own costs.
