JUDGMENT

Per Sri Sushil Kumar,  Member- This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 26.2.2007 passed by the ld. District Forum, Deoria in complaint case no.597 of 2004, Nand Kumar Mall vs. Union of India & ors., whereby the Ld. District Forum directed the appellants/opposite parties to complete the passbook of the complainant with endorsing all entries and further directed to pay Rs.1,500.00 as damages and Rs.600.00 as cost of litigation.

          Ld. counsel for the appellants argued that on 24.11.2004 the respondent/complainant came to withdraw all the amount in his account and for that he was required to follow the prescribed procedure but he threatened and abused the clerk of the appellants.

          There is no mentioned that what procedure was required to be followed by the complainant. Therefore, there is no illegality appears in the judgment and order passed by the ld. District Forum. Hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed.

          Appeal is dismissed.
