Sh. S.M. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant is present.  None is present on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal has become infructuous.  He further submits that the respondent No. 1, who was complainant to the consumer complaint and respondent No. 2, who was opposite party No. 1 to the consumer complaint, have entered into compromise in connected First Appeal No. 34 of 2020; Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda Vs. Sh. Naimish Mangal & another and the matter has finally been settled between them, hence this appeal has been rendered infructuous.

In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances of this matter, the appeal is dismissed, as having become infructuous.  The amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission, be released in its favour.
