               Report from the Mediation Cell received and the complainant has agreed to withdraw the present complaint on technical ground. Keeping in view of the settlement before the Mediation Cell and even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs and after removing the technical default, if any, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, if advised so and in case, fresh complaint will file, complainant will disclose the particulars and fate of this complaint and will also attach the copy of this order. File be consigned to the records.
