1. Nagpal Sales Corporation shop no.3, old Char Chaman Link Road, Urban Estate, Karnal through its proprietor.

2. M/s Bharti Enterprises, near Shafli Chicken Corner, Hospital Road Karnal through its proprietor Shri Atul.

3. M/s Samsung Customer Satisfaction 11nd floor, Tower-C, Vipul Tech Square, Sector 43, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon-122002.

                   Opposite party no.1 exparte.

 

ORDER:

                   File taken up in Lok Adalat. The matter has been compromised between the parties amicably. The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties no.2 and 3 made statement that opposite parties are ready to make the payment of depreciated amount of the mobile set of Rs.26,000/-  within 45 days, provided old mobile set alongwith accessories is deposited with the company.

               Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant made statement that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, he is ready to deposit the accessories, whereas the mobile set is already in the custody of service centre. In view of that statement, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint.

2.                 In view of statement of both the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
