ORDER

1. The complainant is allowed.

2. OP is directed to pay sums as follows within 45 days of this order:

A) Rs. 26,365/- to Complainant-1 with simple interest @ 9%p.a. thereon from 28/06/2010(being the date Complainant-1 lodged claim with OP) till date of payment.

b) Rs. 2,21,225/- to Complainant-2 with simple interest @ 9% p.a. thereon from 27/08/2010(being the date that Complainant-2 paid this amount to Complaiannt-1) till date of payment.

3. In the facts of the matter there shall be no order as to costs.
