Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to comply with the directions issued by the District Forum which has been affirmed by the State Commission.  A cheque in the sum of Rs.26,800/- drawn in favour of Sh. Nagendra Kumar, respondent has been handed over to the respondent who is present in person.  Photocopy of the same is kept on record.

Decree stands satisfied.  Revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.

An application has been filed on behalf of the respondent for taking action against the official for filing a wrong affidavit.  In view of the fact that the decree has been satisfied, we are not inclined to entertain this application.
