ORDER

After some argument learned advocate for the complainant sick permission to withdrawn this complaint. From the facts and circumstances of the case it is crystal clear that there isno relationship of consumer and service provider between the complainant and the OP rather they were private individuals enterning in to the contract and gurantee the refund of the investment made by the complainant with the lotus Sri Business and a limited who is not he party here rather the OP was just the agent there off who had guranted the refund.

In view of the above said facts of complete absence of relationship of  the consumer and the service provider between the parties of the complaint followed by prayer for withdrawal. Present complaint is dismissed as withrawn.
