              This is a complaint filed on behalf of the complainant under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking a direction to the opposite party to pay Rs.30,000/- as claim amount to the complainant with future interest of 18% p.a. from the date of the complaint till realization of the entire amount along with compensation of Rs.25,000/- and costs of the complaint.  

 

This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of Sri D. Shivakumar,  Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and of Sri P. Jagan Mohan Rao, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite party and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

                                                                                         O R D E R

              Counsel for complainant present. Filed memo withdrawing the complaint reporting complaint not pressed, and further requested to accord permission to file fresh complaint against present OP and LIC of India, and further requested to return documents.  In the circumstances memo recorded. Permission accorded to withdraw complaint and to file fresh complaint against OP and other necessary parties.  Documents of complainant be returned to the counsel under acknowledgement.  Complaint dismissed as not pressed.

 

            Pronounced by us in the open Forum, on this the 29th day of  August, 2008.
