Case called out. both the parties have file compromise which is signed by the parties and their counsel. both the parties have made a prayer to decide the case in terms of compromise in full and final satisfaction of the claim. the complainant has endorsed on the order sheet that, he has received entire amount in full satisfaction therefore, the present complaint be dismissed in terms of the compromise. we have perused the record, since, the complainant has already received full amount in the entire amount in full satisfaction therefore, this application deserved to be allowed. this application is allowed accordingly. the present complaint is decided in terms of the compromise. both the parties shall bear their own costs.
