The first opposite party in CC.No.141/2014 of the CDRF, Malappuram has filed the appeal against the Order passed by the District Forum dated 26.08.2014 by which, opposite parties were directed to pay Rs 5000/- (Rupees five thousand). The appellant has filed the petition to condone the delay of 411 days in filing the appeal. From the records it is seen that the complainant in CC.No.141/14 of the CDRF, Malappuram filed the Appeal No.773.16 against the Order passed by the District Forum and in that the appeal the opposite party / appellant herein appeared. After hearing both sides the appeal was dismissed. So the disputes between the parties were considered in that appeal. There is no grounds/reasons to condone the delay of 411 days in filing the appeal.

        We consider that the appeal is not sustainable. Hence the petition for condoning the delay and the appeal are dismissed.
