                   Today the case was fixed for filing RC for issuance of notice to the opposite parties. RC not filed despite last opportunity. Today a date is again requested for filing RC. Perusal of the file reveals that complainant has availed several opportunities for filing the same but he has failed to do so. Further opportunity is not justified. As such, present Complaint stands dismissed in default due to non filing of RC.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
