ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the OP No.1 is ready to pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case, which is acceptable to the complainant.  The complainant has returned the Tab in question with accessories to the  counsel for OP No.1.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e., failing which the OP No.1 shall pay additional amount of Rs.5000/- to the complainant. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
