                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for opposite parties made statement that opposite parties are ready to make the payment of depreciated amount of Rs.11,200/- of the invoice amount i.e.Rs.15,000/- within 30 days to the complainant subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the mobile alongwith the accessories to the opposite parties, provided the same is not in broken condition or having liquid damage.   

                   Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
