Dr Sanjay Pandit   Versus  NA Elevators etc.

 Present:  Sh  Shekhar Thakur Adv for the Decree Holder.

 

ORDER:                    

              The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to some technical reasons and permission be given to file a afresh complaint on the same cause of action and withdraws the same. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

2.        In view of the statement made by the Learned counsel for the Decree Holder, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission  is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisdiction. The file be consigned to the record room asfter due compliance.
