This case is taken on the board of this Commission on an application filed U/s.151 of CPC dtd.18.10.2023.

Dhr.1 is present. Dhr.2/Dr.Priya C Hiremath is none other his wife and he represent her in this petition. Learned counsel for Dhrs is present. On the contrary, Jdr.1, 3 are present. They submitted that Jdr.3/B.M.Girish represents Jdr.2 as its Managing Partner. Jdr.4 is his father is no more, while Jdr.5 is his mother and Jdr.6 & 7 are sisters. Jdr.3/B.M.Girish represents all family members as submitted – is hereby recorded.

Parties to this EA have jointly submitted the memo along with MOU. The Commission interacted the parties present and they admit execution of their signatures on this MOU. Commission examined MOU dtd.25.10.2023, thereby found satisfied to record the same. Accordingly ordered to settle the dispute in between the parties and thereby directed to record FS as per MOU. Accordingly EA stands disposed as settled.
