Present:       Sh.Munish Mittal, Advocate for applicant.

                   Respondent no.1 and 2 exparte.

                   Sh.Gurjeet Singh, Proprietor of M/s Dhir Electronics/respondent

       no.2A.

 

                   Sh.Gurjeet Singh, Proprietor of M/s Dhir Electronics/respondent no.2A has suffered a statement that he has settled the said matter with the applicant/decree holder to the tune of Rs.7000/- and will pay the same within 7 days from today.

                   On the other hand, Sh.Munish Mittal, Adv. for applicant has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Sh.Gurjeet Singh, Prop. of Dhir Electronics/respondent no.2A and accepted the same. He has no objection if the payment is made within 15 days from today and in failure of that penalty of Rs.500/- be imposed on respondent no.2A. As such, he withdraws the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, respondent no.2A/Dhir Electronics is directed to pay the amount of Rs.7000/- to the complainant within 7 days from today, failing which, respondent no.2A shall be liable to pay Rs.500/- as penalty to the applicant in addition to the settled amount. File be consigned to record room.
