     This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking refund the subscription amount of Rs.160/- with interest and to pay a sum of Rs.25,340/- towards  compensation for physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant with cost Rs.35/
