ORDER

Order dt.08/12/2005 The complaint is partly allowed. The O.P.No.1 to 3 are jointly and severally liable to comply the terms and conditions of the agreement they have entered in to with the complainant and supply a proper and genuine parts to see that the computer system works properly to the expectation of the complainant and as per the observations made by the commissioner in his report. Further the O.p.no.1 to 3 are jointly and severally liable to pay damages of Rs.,5000/- for having put the complainant bank for inconvenience and for causing financial loss and pay Rs.1,000/- towards the cost of this proceeidngs. The O.P.no.1 is directed to set right and rectify the defects noticed by the commissioner appointed by the Forum and receive the balance amount of Rs.1,75,488/- from the complainant bank.
