Vide order dated 02.12.2019 complainant was directed to file rejoinder and evidence by way of affidavit but it was not filed and subsequently file could not be taken up effectively on account of pandemic. It was taken on 22.02.2021 and none was appeared on behalf of complainant. Court notice was issued and served on 27.03.21 to complainant. She was not present even today. It appears that complainant not interest to prosecute her matter. It is now 02:55 p.m. complaint is dismissed.
