       MR. JUSTICE A. H. KHAN, PRESIDENT (ORAL)

This is a revision filed under Section 17(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 against order dated 27-03-2015 passed by the District Consumer Forum-I, Moradabad in Execution Case No. 15/2013 Taj Medical Store V/s National Insurance Company Limited whereby execution proceeding has been decided in full satisfaction.

Learned Counsel Mr. Alok Sinha appeared for revisionist.

None appeared for opposite party.

We have heard learned Counsel for the revisionist.

Learned Counsel for the revisionist has contended that the District Consumer Forum has wrongly decided execution case in full satisfaction. Rs.26,104.13 of interest is still due for payment. Learned Counsel for the revisionist has shown a calculation chart in support of his contention.

We are of the view that the revisionist should be given liberty to

produce calculation chart before the District Consumer Forum and should pass order after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties.

Revision is disposed of finally with liberty to the revisionist to move his objection alongwith calculation chart before the District Consumer Forum who shall pass appropriate order after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties in above execution case.

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties within 15 days positively as per rules.
